Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an unexpected gap in the therapist’s schedule that could have been offered to another client.

To honor everyone’s time, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
