Adele Schiessle started on her own personal health journey at 15 years old after being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. In her search for managing her health she entered the fitness field becoming an aerobic instructor at 16 and a personal trainer at 21 while pursuing her degree in Psychology which she completed with a concentration in stress management. She went on to spend over 25 years in the fitness field additionally becoming a yoga instructor along with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. In 2008 she expanded into learning how movement affects our brain functioning through Specialized Kinesiology, becoming the Parkinson’s and MS fitness specialist in a hospital-based fitness facility.
It was Adele’s children’s challenges that led her to her studies in Specialized Kinesiology and neurodevelopment which led her into a whole new path of healing for them and herself. She has trained in many modalities at this point with MNRI and Transforming Touch being the center of her work.
However, Adele’s personal journey didn’t stop with that original diagnosis. She eventually found out that she has hEDS, dysautonomia, MCAS, Lyme and unfortunately also has gone through mold toxicity. Each of these situations continues to push her to learn more which means she brings more to assist you.
Adele has learned that the nervous system and the immune system are 2 sides of the same coin. Both need to be addressed for our health and to reach our full abilities. The whole person and the whole family system need support for our optimal growth. So, she blends all her various training to help you and your family become your Optimal Selves!
